Join performance memoirist Gabrielle Civil and children's and YA author Zetta Elliott for a reading of collaborative and solo work drawn from black girlhood and a discussion of black feminism, honesty, and imagination. Former Philadelphia poet laureate Yolanda Wisher will moderate as all three black feminists navigate, race, gender, art, and community. Free and open to the public. All welcome. Refreshments provided.
